Tabasco peppers are sure to bring some spice into your life! These small peppers are best known for their use in Tabasco Sauce and also are used in peppered vinegar to add some kick. The plant grows as a bush and the peppers will range from yellow to red as they ripen. Each pepper is rated anywhere from 30,000 to 50,000 on the Scoville scale of heat and is the only chili pepper to be "juicy" on the inside instead of dry.
