Small Trees

Small trees fit where a shade tree won’t: front yards, beside a driveway, next to the pool or in a courtyard. We carry 49, priced from $13.95 to $649.95, and 21 are Florida natives.

Front-yard favorites. Jatropha Tree (8 ft, red flowers), Dwarf White Plumeria (8–10 ft, white flowers), Dwarf Black Olive (10 ft), Calamondin (15 ft, small citrus fruit) and Crape Myrtle ‘Catawba’ (purple flowers, tree form or multi-stem).

Small native trees. Simpson Stopper (12 ft), Wild Cinnamon (5–12 ft), Jamaica Caper (4–15 ft), Fiddlewood (4–15 ft), Lignum Vitae (15 ft, blue flowers) and Pigeon Plum (20 ft) are native to South Florida and well suited to its sun and soil.

Pick up at our Cooper City nursery, or we’ll deliver across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties.
