Noni is an evergreen tree with yellow fruit. The primary flavor notes are bitter/sour. It is rarely eaten raw and more often processed as juice (you can mix it with other fruits to make it tastier). Its roots, stem, bark, leaves, flowers, and fruit have all been used as medicine. It is professed to combat nearly every ailment of the body from allergies to cancer.
